1. Acceptance
By using the TapSit platform ("the Service"), the user ("You") accepts these Terms and Conditions ("TOS"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
TapSit is a SaaS platform for order management for hospitality establishments that includes: digital menu, QR/web/WhatsApp ordering, table management, kitchen (KDS), cash register, reservations, reports and tax billing.
3. Registration and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
You can register using email and password, or through third-party services such as Google or Facebook. By using these services, you accept that we receive the minimum information described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Plans and Billing
The Service offers different commercial plans. Payments are recurring according to the contracted plan. Prices may be modified with 30 days notice. No refunds are made for partial periods.
- Free plan (Demo/Starter): limited features, no cost.
- Paid plans: billed monthly through authorized payment processors.
- Trial period: 30 free days with full access to all features.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Not use the Service for illegal activities.
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Not reverse-engineer the software.
- Not intentionally overload the infrastructure.
- Not upload offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
TapSit and all its content, design, code and features are the exclusive property of the provider. Data uploaded by the user (menus, products, images) remains the property of the user.
7. Data and Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with local data protection legislation regarding your end customers' data.
8. Availability
The provider strives to maintain 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance. Absolute and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
The provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may cancel the service at any time. The provider reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. After cancellation, data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.
11. Modifications
These terms may be modified. Notice will be given at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the modifications. Substantial changes will require explicit re-acceptance.
12. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
